Here’s something you see every other day — Kim Kardashian in a two-piece!

The sex symbol is sharing her tips for keeping fit in the June issue of Shape.

Inspired by unflattering paparazzi photos of her that emerged online last year, Kim dropped 10 pounds by increasing her workouts and changing her diet to omit sugar and coffee.

“I have cellulite, just like almost every other woman on the planet, and just because I feel secure with my body doesn’t’ mean I think cellulite is cute. It will always be an issue for me. So let’s just say it’s a work in progress,” Kim continued, explaining that she takes a “baby steps” approach to staying in shape.

“Yesterday I was traveling all day to get to this shoot and I only had time for sit-ups and crunches in my hotel room. But even if that’s all I do, I still get a sense of accomplishment, and that keeps me energized all day long.”

The following day she was driven to the airport in the same car to fly home to the States.

Kim Kardashian is just one of the celebs going nude for the upcoming issue of Harper's Bazaar, where she opens up about how she really feels about her body.
"I don't get why everyone is always going on about my butt," she tells the magazine. "I'm Armenian. It's normal. My butt is probably not as big as you might think, because I have small legs and a small waist, which makes it appear bigger."
The reality show star says that although now she embraces her curves and imperfections ("I might have a little bit of cellulite. I might not be toned everywhere. I might struggle in this area or that. But accepting that just empowers me," she says), she was once uncomfortable in her own skin.
"I was wearing a C cup by the time I was 11," she says. "I would go to bed and pray, 'Please, Lord, don't let my boobs grow any bigger. I hated what was happening."
But now she's happy to be a role model for girls who don't have stick-thin bodies.
"I feel proud if young girls look up to me and say, 'I'm curvy, and I'm proud of it now.'"
Check out the new issue of Harper's Bazaar, on stands April 27, where actress Joy Bryant also goes au naturel and talks about the insecurities she had about her body growing up.
"It was not cool to be so skinny," she says. "My 'best friend' would tell me I looked like a boy. I wore my cousin's hand-me-downs -- who was a boy."

After Khloe announced that she’s a size 4 and that she lost “10 pounds in 10 days”, Kim comes out and says that she’s lost “5 pounds in 5 days”. Somehow, a 5 pound weight loss is a Cover-Worthy News. And another revelation: Kim used to be shy and insecure in a bikini.

Looking good is the best revenge — especially after a breakup! “I’ve lost five pounds in five days,” Kim Kardashian, who recently split from New Orleans Saints star Reggie Bush, told Life & Style at a Bravada activewear launch party in LA on April 7. “I really wanted to just buckle down and get rid of the tiny bit of excess weight I was carrying.” She also managed to make a statement, sending a message that in the wake of her break-up — and amidst rumors that Reggie had cheated on her — she has more confidence that ever. “It gave me a lot of confidence with my body,” Kim confides to Life & Style. “I work out to feel good about myself — and sure, it doesn’t hurt if someone notices.”
While Reggie spent April 9 and 10 in Las Vegas getting close to country star Jessie James, Kim hit the beach and showed him precisely what he was missing! “I used to be so shy and insecure walking around in a bikini doing shoots and things,” Kim’s told Life & Style. “It’s amazing how much better I feel and I was really proud of myself for just sticking to my diet.” To lose the pounds, Kim cut out all carbs and focused on eating lean proteins, leafy greens, fruit and stuck to her QuickTrim routine. The reality star was also able to add some variety to her workout regimen without too much effort. “I made sure that in addition to my gym workout, I did freestyle cardio outdoors,” explains Kim. “I went running or made sure I did as much walking as I could. I really kept active.””

The reality TV star is said to have amicably parted from her boyfriend after three years because he couldn’t take the pressure her fame was putting on their relationship. The couple split a few days ago, friends confirmed to the E! News service, and both have reportedly agreed not to talk about it in public.

Kim and Reggie also briefly split over summer last year, which was blamed on their schedules keeping them apart so often. While Kim was filming with her sisters for TV series ‘Kourtney and Khloe take Miami’ in Florida at the weekend, onlookers claim Reggie was seen flirting in New york on Saturday night (20.03.10) at upmarket nightclub Avenue.

A source told newspaper: “Reggie and his gang made friends with some of the girls who were all dancing on his table around 2am. “He offered one of the girls a lemon-drop shot, but she declined.” Later when asked if he was still dating Kim, Reggie told reporters “no more questions.” News of the split comes less than a month after the couple are said to have bought a $4.8 million love-nest together in Beverley Hills, after putting their respective properties up for sale.
